A Complete Digital Refresh
In the fast-moving IT sector, a recruitment agency’s digital presence must reflect the innovation of the industries it serves. DGH Recruitment, based in Burgess Hill, is a leading name in the field, but their legacy website and visual identity no longer matched their professional standing. They needed a modernisation strategy that would not only improve their online credibility but also align their website with their high-volume activity on LinkedIn.
Visual Identity & LinkedIn Synergy
This project went beyond web design; it was a total visual refresh. We redesigned the DGH logo to feel cleaner and sharper, extending this new identity across company letterheads and bespoke LinkedIn post templates. This ensures that when a candidate clicks a job post on social media and lands on the website, the visual journey is seamless, professional, and instills immediate confidence.
Streamlining the User Journey
The previous website was difficult to update and offered a poor user experience. We migrated DGH to Squarespace to give their internal team full control over content management. On the front end, we engineered bespoke application forms that allow candidates to upload CVs directly and securely. We also created distinct pathways for "Clients" and "Candidates," ensuring that hiring managers and job seekers can find their respective resources without friction.
