For established agencies like Carnabys, a website needs to do more than just display houses; it needs to serve as a comprehensive hub for landlords, tenants, and property owners. Carnabys moved from an outdated WordPress setup to a streamlined Squarespace platform to better reflect their dual focus: maintaining their strong reputation for Sales and Lettings while highlighting their exceptional services in Block and Estate Management.
The Strategy
The primary design challenge was hierarchy. While residential sales are the public face of the high street brand, property management is the engine of the business. We designed a user journey that balances these needs, ensuring that prospective landlords and block management clients can find their specific services instantly, without getting lost among residential listings.

Rightmove Integration: We created a "Featured Properties" section that seamlessly directs users to the agency’s up-to-the-minute listings on Rightmove, ensuring zero double-handling of data for the staff.
Tenant Self-Help Hub: A dedicated area providing essential information for tenants, significantly reducing administrative inquiries and phone traffic.
Lead Generation Engines: We built bespoke, conditional forms for sales valuations and lettings enquiries to capture higher-quality data from prospective clients.
