Windmill Day Nursery is a registered charity providing high-quality early years education in West Sussex. Despite their excellent reputation, their digital presence was held back by an outdated, text-heavy WordPress site that didn't reflect the nurturing, bright environment of the nursery.

We updated the branding assets to create a cleaner, more appealing aesthetic. The new layout prioritises "Nursery Tour" pages with high-quality galleries and "Meet the Team" sections, allowing prospective parents to experience the nursery's atmosphere before visiting in person.
2. Custom Technical Infrastructure
We engineered custom HTML/CSS fee tables for the best responsive viewing experience. This allows the nursery to display complex pricing structures clearly and professionally—a critical requirement for parents planning their childcare.
3. Streamlining the Parent Journey
Custom Application Forms: We replaced vague contact methods with a dedicated online application system to capture all necessary data from the first click.
Newsletter Hub: Built using a blog architecture, the team can now upload news and charity updates in seconds.
Donation Module: As a registered charity, we integrated a seamless donation feature to support their fundraising efforts.
4. Full Workspace Integration
Beyond the website, we configured Google Workspace accounts for the team. This moved the nursery away from basic email addresses to a secure, professional, and collaborative suite of business tools.
